I recently instructed Andrew downing booth to sell my apartment that had fallen through with another estate agent. What a difference grace and the team made to this sale. They were so proactive throughout. I have never used an estate agent (and there’s been a few) that I didn’t have to chase. Everything was done in a timely manner keeping me updated throughout. If you want a stress free sale I would definitely recommend them.

By far the best agent we have ever used (and we have moved a LOT!) From Andy doing us a competitive fee, Jake doing the top quality marketing and Grace/Helen helping us through the sales progression. We completed the sale of our property in Stafford on Friday. ADB were recommended to us and it quickly became obvious why! Andrew himself gave me some priceless tips on the pitfalls of buying and was always just a phone call away. Helen, Grace, Jake and the team were fantastic with our sale, taking the keys and doing our viewings while we were out at work. They sold it within weeks only for our buyer to pull out. ADB were there to pick up our spirits and soon had it sold again for our chosen value. What really shone through was how much all at ADB cared for us and how clearly invested they are in their clients happiness.Believe me it is not always like this. Our sellers Estate agent did one viewing, then continually failed to pass on our questions to him. They didn't return his calls and didn't even speak to him on the day of completion! If we hadn't swapped numbers with our seller, they would have lost the sale for him. In the end they took a massive fee for no effort at all! His experience was in stark contrast to ours with ADB. I shall be writing their review next!Whether selling or buying, give Andrew Downing Booth a call! They make what can be one of the most stressful things you can ever do pretty damn pleasant! Take my recommendation knowing it could be made so much worse.Thanks so much for everything ADB!

We had a house with a number of complications which was sold by Andrew recently. No matter what problems arose he dealt with them promptly and efficiently. He always returns calls, he always does what he says he is going to do. The final 3 days were a nightmare, but Andy was on the phone virtually every hour to the many parties involved. Without his persistence it is unlikely that the sale would have completed. We certainly would recommend using Andrew Downing-Booth Estate Agents to sell your house.

I have just completed the sale of a property in lichfield with Andrew Downing Booth Estate agents. I have have used other estate agents in the Lichfield area and in the south of the country and I can honestly say Andrew was easily the best I’ve used. It was a particularly complicated sale due to covid19 halting proceedings at a vital time but Andrew kept in touch and was excellent throughout. Can’t recommend this guy high enough, buying or selling speak to him, incredibly professional and a really nice bloke to go with it.

This is not the first time I have used Andrew Downing Booth to sell a property for me. The fact that I have come back to him over the years and even took my business to his new employer when he moved agencies is testament to the quality of service he supplies. This is, however, the first time I have used the services of his new business and it is good to see that the team members he chooses have the same great attitude to customer service. The response time to queries and telephone messages is excellent and what I particularly like is the willingness of staff to add a bit extra to their service, even if it takes up their time. Andrew Downing-Booth is particularly good at reading the market place and is ready to suggest early alterations to meet market changes. He is always willing to share his know how and that makes him the best of allies in a competitive housing market.

Where do I start? Andy and his team are simply incredible, I am struggling to find the words to even describe how good they are (and I’m never stuck for words!) Andy is incredibly hands on and not only acts as an estate agent but goes above and beyond what I would ever expect an estate agents to do, Andy consistently liaised with both solicitors on either side of my sale and purchase, he often kept me up to date and always got back to me whenever I emailed or called. Nothing was too much bother or hassle for Andy and I feel that without him I would have had a complete melt down over my sale and purchase. As you can imagine house sales and chains can cause headaches for many but at my most stressful times (and even when I vented at Andy!) he was professional, empathetic, positive and always eased my anxiety, I don’t know how he does it! Jake was also fantastic, knowledgeable, understanding and funny. After completion finally took place Andy was still there to offer and advise and even recommend some fantastic tradesmen! I won’t ever use another estate agent again. I highly, highly recommend Andrew Downing-Booth!
