Not every property is best to be sold on the open market by the normal private treaty method. We may recommend a ‘sale by informal tender’ route, where a deadline for all offers to come in is set and all offers are discussed with the homeowner on that date, before they pick the offer they wish to proceed with. We might alternatively recommend a traditional auction route, or a modern method of auction sale. Each method has its pros and cons and one route of sale will suit your property more than others.
